Monthly Social Media Manager Role (Facebook, Instagram & YouTube)

As your dedicated Social Media Manager, I’ll handle everything from content creation and publishing to audience engagement and growth strategy across your social media platforms — ensuring your brand stays active, engaging, and consistent throughout the month.

Monthly Deliverables

  1. Facebook Page Management

  • 12–16 engaging posts per month (3–4 per week) — mix of image, video, carousel & text posts.
  • Custom graphics, branded images, or short promotional videos.
  • Writing catchy captions with hashtags & CTAs.
  • Responding to comments, inbox messages, and reviews (if admin access is given).
  • Sharing posts to relevant groups or communities for organic reach.
  • Page performance review at the end of the month.
  1. Instagram Account Management

  • 12–16 high-quality posts per month (feed posts & carousels).
  • 4–8 Instagram Reels per month (edited for engagement).
  • Professional captions, trending hashtags, and optimized posting times.
  • Story updates (3–4 per week) for daily engagement.
  • Monitoring comments, mentions, and DMs.
  • Monthly insights report (reach, engagement, followers, best-performing posts).
  1. YouTube Channel Management

  • Channel setup or optimization (branding, keywords, description, about section).
  • Uploading 4 videos per month (1 per week).
  • Creating SEO-friendly titles, tags, and descriptions.
  • Designing eye-catching custom thumbnails.
  • Managing playlists and organizing content.
  • Replying to comments and pinning important messages.
  • Monthly YouTube analytics report (views, watch time, subscribers).

Monthly Reports & Strategy

At the end of each month, you’ll receive a comprehensive social media report including:

  • Page/channel growth (followers, likes, engagement, views).
  • Top-performing posts and videos.
  • Audience insights (location, age, activity times).
  • Content strategy suggestions for the next month.

Additional Services (Available for an Extra Fee)

  • Paid Ads Management (Facebook & Instagram).
  • YouTube Shorts creation for higher reach.
  • Blog & video cross-promotion (embedding YouTube videos on the website).
  • Influencer or collaboration outreach.

Client’s Role

  • Provide brand materials (logo, photos, videos, service details).
  • Approve the content calendar before publishing.
